This amazing and rare Wilier frame from the early 90’s has been built up with NOS Campagnolo Record Titanium parts and Paul Component Minimoto brakes. The bike can easily be loaded up with front and rear racks and used for a touring set-up, or it could also be stripped back and used as a cyclocross.
